MAʻO is an acronym for Mala ʻAi ʻOpio, meaning youth food garden.Their mission is to connect the youth back to the land through the daily practice of aloha aina, empowering youth to succeed in college and securing sustaining careers, and growing organic produce that yields individual and communal vitality.
