Strawai'i is creating new jobs, and expanding the economic opportunities available to Native Hawaiians and other disadvantaged members of our communities.  We pay our straw artists and creators starting at $15/hour up to $25/hour, which is on par with large companies like Amazon and Wholefoods. Each handcrafted straw takes approximately 10 minutes to be created with aloha, and made perfectly smooth.
